Working the Supertaster table at the Bastyr Herb and Food Fair, utilizing bitter tests strips and food samples in order to help fair-goers recognize whether they have the Supertaster taste perception.
Enjoying time in one of the many beautiful gardens at Forest Ridge School. The students are welcome to join in helping maintain these gardens, and find it rewarding in being able to utilize the food grown in the school kitchen.
Working as a team as part of the Seattle King County Clinic, helping patients from all walks of life with dietary consultations and recommendations surrounding a multitude of different health conditions.
Attending FNCE 2017, where I was able to attend multiple educational seminars and network with dietary professionals from around the world to build a better understanding of nutrition as a whole.
